About the role:
You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and engagement for our digital wallet and financial services platform. You will work closely with the product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify and prioritize growth opportunities, and develop and execute strategies to achieve our growth goals. You will be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, and using this knowledge to inform product decisions.
Job Description
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for user acquisition and engagement, and use data to inform product and marketing decisions
- Develop and execute growth strategies, including product features, marketing campaigns, and partnerships
- Work closely with the product and engineering team (both internal and external) to implement growth features and optimizations
- Collaborate with the marketing/commercial team to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement
- Monitor and analyze user behavior and engagement, and use data to inform product decisions
- Continuously test and optimize growth strategies to improve performance
- Communicate progress and results to stakeholders and leadership team
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in a growth or product management role
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions
- Understanding of computer science, data structure and algorithms
- Experience in digital product development and user acquisition and engagement
- Project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional teams
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with mobile app and web analytics tools (Mixpanel and Braze would be a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work with engineers and to understand technical challenges
