Job Summary: We are looking for a Data Engineer intern to join our team and help us build and maintain our data infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data pipelines and systems to collect, store, and analyze data. You will also be responsible for working with other engineers and scientists to ensure that our data is reliable and accessible.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines and systems
• Deploy data pipelines and systems to production
• Work with other engineers and scientists to ensure that our data is reliable and accessible
• Automate tasks using scripting languages such as Python
• Troubleshoot and debug data pipelines and systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL are a must
• Experience with distributed computing systems such as Hadoop and Spark is a plus
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
