Account Executive Intern – Migrants Segment/Myanmar Focus (Ascend Money)

Overview :
The Account Executive Intern is a key player in expanding the TrueMoney user base within the migrant community, particularly those from Myanmar. Your mission is to onboard new customers, provide comprehensive support through various channels, and promote active usage of the TrueMoney wallet app.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers: Introduce TrueMoney to potential users at designated booth locations across Bangkok and neighboring provinces (Samutsakorn, Samutprakarn, Nakhon Pathom, etc.), guiding them through the online or offline registration process.
  • Educate & Empower: Conduct comprehensive training sessions to ensure customers understand how to use the app’s features effectively.
  • Provide exceptional support: Offer prompt and helpful assistance to customers across online and offline channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Drive engagement: Implement strategies to encourage customers to use the TrueMoney app for their financial needs.
  • Gather valuable insights: Conduct surveys and interviews to identify customer pain points, preferences, and behaviors. Use these insights to suggest improvements to the product and service.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Adaptable and willing to travel to various locations in Bangkok and surrounding areas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Burmese.

Work Location:

This role is based at the vibrant True Digital Park in Bangkok, with regular travel to assigned booth locations across Bangkok and neighboring provinces.
