Overview:

As a Marketing & Business Development Intern at TrueMoney, you’ll play a vital role in driving our growth within the Myanmar migrant community in Thailand. You’ll collaborate closely with our team to craft and implement strategies that resonate with this audience, increasing engagement and expanding our user base.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development: Assist in creating targeted marketing and business development plans designed to effectively reach and connect with Myanmar migrants across key markets.
  • Market Research: Dive into the Myanmar migrant community, uncovering their unique needs, preferences, and financial habits.
  • Compelling Content: Develop captivating marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging that speak directly to the Myanmar migrant experience.
  • Growth Initiatives: Support the implementation of business development strategies aimed at increasing the number of monthly active TrueMoney users within this segment.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze the impact of our marketing and business development efforts, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Community Engagement: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments within the Myanmar migrant community, ensuring our approach remains relevant and effective.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental marketing principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and basic analytics tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Burmese.
