Creative and Marketing

Strategic Partners & Channel Management
  • Grow and manage sales channels on e-commerce and m-commerce
  • Develop and manage project opportunities with expectation management for both internal and external customer

  • Driving all SEO initiatives and campaigns, working with PO, IT and other teams to develop and implement projects
  • Setting SEO strategy with key management stakeholders and identifying opportunities for organic search improvements and cultivating a roadmap of changes
  • Developing, analyzing and reporting on SEO and organic channels, producing value adding and insightful weekly and monthly performance reporting

Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Keyword research and pay-per-click campaigns. Develops, refines and continually optimizes keyword lists, ad copy and landing pages for all paid

  • To lead developing and implementing marketing campaign/activities, marketing communication and brand strategy across all platforms to align with corporate mission and business strategy in order to achieve KPIs. Mobile Marketing
  • Establish, implement, and measure the effectiveness of mobile program initiatives to drive awareness and conversion for iTrueMart products and services. Leverage internal marketing channels as well as external marketing channels.

  • Maximise B2C E-commerce sales and profit margin through the effective direction and management of all aspects of product development and sourcing under responsible category group.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all products engage in the right target segment, placement, at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities on iTruemart website. To effectively lead, drive and manage the buyer and merchandising team to achieve maximum results including

  • Develop and implement the strategic business plan of the assigned category to reach the target
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop online and offline marketing to growth the category
  • Build strong relationships with key sellers
E-Commerce/Seller Marketing
  • Support and manage online & Offline seller marketing plan, marketing campaign both online and offline

  • To drive B2B E-Commerce business by responsible for revenue, profit and loss of Business-to-Business (B2B) online retail initiative. Expand the selling merchandise categories to other categories such as fashion, beauty, living, Home appliance, etc.
  • Transform E-Commerce B2B online bulk sales to "E-Commerce B2B E-Franchise / Dealer Online Platform", to evolve this platform so that it can be utilized throughout the organization in all aspects of from e-sourcing strategy, merchandise seller network, business platform development, channel partnership, outsourced e-commerce partnership
  • To make outbound calls and receives inbound calls to promote IT related products and to generate leads/sales (Cross sell/up sell) in order to meet business goals
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through aggressive telemarketing activities
  • Influence customers to buy products and give product information and price quotations
  • To attend customer's feedback and handle customer related enquiries and complaints

Supply Chain & Warehouse

Supply Planner
  • Assist Head of Supply Chain management of B2C E-commerce to manage supply chain
  • Responsible for optimizing the balance of inventory across the supply chain network in line with target revenue / customer service level, level of forecast accuracy and safety stock level,
  • Act as the lead to buying and warehouse side to resolve supply issues including the management of cross-functional, strategic projects supporting Supply Chain transformation such as iTrueMart
  • Ensures that all projects are implemented on schedule and to budget.
Sourcing Associate
  • Provides administrative support for the iTrueMart team. Collaboration is required with Finance, Sales, Buyer, Warehousing, Sourcing Associate and Supplier and must provide potential to learn various aspects of C1 Purchasing system, SAP Material Master, Master Data, and Reporting

Product & Project Management

Project Manager
  • Perform and manage the projects in parallel mode with dynamic assignments until project deliverable sign-off and complete delivery to Production
  • Project issue resolution and risk management : Lead and manage team to solve any issues
  • Track Project Progress and Report to Management , Ensure that report library and related documents are updated and audible
  • Effective manage departmental budget , monitor expenditure within project and cost finalization process , and Ensure vendor deliver services as agreed contract
